Booking your appointment means that we reserve a specific date and time for you. Therefore, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Also, a $25 fee will be added if customers arrive 15 minutes late. There will be a $25 fee added every 15 minutes thereafter. Your appointment starts at the appointed time. All commercial, fashion, creative and editorial sessions have a one hour prep period. Therefore arrive early if preparations are necessary. Any time over one hour becomes studio rental time and must be agreed upon and paid for prior to your shoot.
